      On August 19, 2026, in Hangzhou, China, a veterinary digital medical technology team announced that its independently developed 3D-printed custom small animal orthopedic implant platform has been officially put into commercial operation, after completing 9 months of clinical cooperation with 17 veterinary oncology hospitals. The platform can generate personalized orthopedic implant solutions based on the patient's CBCT scan data, achieving a 76% reduction in the custom implant production cycle from the traditional 72 hours to less than 17 hours.

      This small animal orthopedic 3D printing platform uses medical-grade titanium alloy powder as raw material, and adopts selective laser melting (SLM) technology to produce personalized implants that 100% match the anatomical shape of the patient's bone defect. It is specially used for the repair of large-area bone defects caused by small animal bone tumor resection, severe trauma and congenital bone dysplasia.
